I am Jennifer, owner of Embrace Change Health Coaching. As a holistic health coach, fitness trainer and Reiki master. I use a variety of modalities to help my clients, all of which have helped me in my own healing process. I have struggled with panic attacks, anxiety, low self-esteem, self-doubt, fear and depression. I have also learned how to help myself through issues with low iron, hormonal imbalances, doubts and fears as a new mom, and yet I’ve come through all of that to realize just how strong and powerful I truly am. I won’t say that I don’t ever have anxiety or fear anymore, in truth I do, but I have learned how to step out of my victim role and pick myself up and move forward. That would never have happened though if I hadn’t learned to ask for help. I have learned that it’s okay to do so. If I had never learned that lesson and opened myself up to learning the tools I needed I would not be where I am today; a happy, healthy, authentic person that loves to use my knowledge to help others heal their own lives.
Some of the tools I have found and use with my clients are Reiki, journaling, affirmations, meditation, nutrition coaching, mirror work, forgiveness work, inner child healing and angel card reading. I have also created an intensive healing workshop, Live Your Best Life! This workshop is based on my own life’s challenges and lessons which I use to help others heal and find their way out of the darkness.
I have received my Health Coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in many of the dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
I am a Personal Trainer Specialist having received my certification through Can-Fit-Pro in 2008.
I have received my certification in Usui Reiki, Master training in 2014.
I have also studied the Heal Your Life teacher training in San Diego with Rick Nichols and Dr. Patricia Crane of Heart Inspired Presentations. I use that training in my own unique way to help my clients heal. The time I spent at that training was one of the most enlightening and empowering times of my life. I am proud to say that I finished the training and met some of the most beautifully amazing people that I am grateful to call my friends and colleagues. I practice a holistic proactive approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected and I believe in the importance of taking our power back. My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, reduce stress and maximizing energy. We will also work to release your limiting beliefs, clear your blocks and develop your intuition. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health.

Bio-individuality™: The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I use a personalized, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success!
Primary Food™: It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
Limiting Beliefs: These are all of the beliefs that are limiting you in your life. The beliefs such as; I can’t do that, there is never enough money, I’ll never find a job I enjoy or that pays what I need, I’m stuck here, I’ll never find my soul mate, people are rude, I can’t trust anyone. These are usually very unconscious thoughts that we are holding and usually completely unaware of it. When we work together we will uncover what your limiting beliefs are and use affirmations and positive visualization to release them and gain a new, more positive mindset. Your words are your beliefs, your beliefs are the energy you are putting out and that energy is what you are attracting back to you.
Law Of Attraction: What we put out comes back to us. You have heard this many times, but have you really stopped to think about how this law is working in your life? The law of attraction is always working whether for the good or bad things that happen in our lives. It is important to learn how you can change your energy to attract the life you want as opposed to attracting all that you don’t want.
