Service Description

This program includes: An Initial Assessment followed by a 90-minute Initial Session. From there we will have 5 60-minute sessions at weekly intervals. These sessions will be customized for you based on our initial session and they will combine education and coaching to help you build a solid foundation for your health and happiness.
